Omakase FAQs

  • We accept walk-ins, but reservations are highly recommended, especially for the omakase dining experience and on weekends.

  • Wednesday - Saturday = 5:30 and 8:00 PM

    Sunday = 5:30 PM only

  • Wednesday - Saturday = 5:30, 7:00, and 8:30 pm

  • The menu is always changing, but the range is 18-21 courses.

  • The menu changes frequently, but the sample menu is found here.

  • Yes, you can! To receive a full refund of your initial deposit, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation. For example: If you reserved a seating for 5:30 PM on Thursday, you must cancel by 5:30 PM on Tuesday. If your cancellation exceeds this 48-hour standard, you will be charged 100% of the total omakase service.

  • Yes, you can. Changes to this reservation can be made online through OpenTable up until 48 hours before the reservation. No-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of $205.00 per person. Changes to guest count made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of $150.00 per person.

  • We are a peanut-free kitchen. Vegan and vegetarian omakase dining experience needs advance notice to be accommodated. We cannot accommodate gluten-free options.

  • We have a 15-minute grace period. To maintain the experience for all guests, we cannot guarantee that late arrivals will receive all courses. We will continue with the current course and pairing to minimize disruption. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the flow of service for everyone’s enjoyment. Thank you!

  • Yes, upstairs is open for dine-in until 2:30 PM.

  • Yes, you can order here via Toast Tab!

  • We have regular menu items, but the kinds of fish we serve in Chirashi bowls change with what’s in season. Seasonal flavors for pastries and drinks are also part of the menu.

  • Pop-ups are every Sunday, 11:30 am - 3:30 pm, and the menu can be viewed here. The menu is posted the day before or on the day of the pop-up. We collaborate with local chefs in the DMV area.
